ICT Support Officer – Lead on Information & Data
Salary: Grade 6 – £21,640-£24,595
(Starting point on salary scale will be commensurate with experience and knowledge)

We have an exciting opportunity for a new team member to join an experienced ICT Support Team within LiveWire’s Central Services Team.
LiveWire is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Warrington that provides a wide range of services to help the physical and mental wellbeing of local people. With a portfolio of 15 facilities including libraries, leisure centres and well renowned community and neighbourhood hubs, in partnership with Warrington Borough Council we have led the way on the co-location of community facilities for the last 10 years.
With a lead on information and data, the successful candidate will be confident in analysing data from multiple sources to produce meaningful information and must have the skills to produce, develop and interrogate data through various means and utilising a variety of management information systems. A working knowledge of leisure and library services would be advantageous but is not essential.
As part of the team, the Support Officer will cover all aspects of IT Support including, but not limited to, operational first line technical and operational support both remotely and on site for desktops/laptops, communications, HTML and WordPress/Joomla for websites, VoIP and mobile telephony, a basic understanding of networks and Office 365.
As part of the ICT Team, you will be asked to support new product sourcing and development in line with the LiveWire digital strategy to improve services for the customers and colleagues, working closely with partners to influence product development and service improvements.
A practical knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulations, data governance and data security would be advantageous and a commitment to self-improvement within the information technology industry is essential
