Hub Manager – Leisure
Salary: £27,280 – £30,670 per annum
(Starting point on salary scale will be commensurate with experience and knowledge)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leisure manager to join LiveWire’s operational management team.
LiveWire is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Warrington that provide a wide range of services to help the physical and mental wellbeing of local people. With a portfolio of 15 facilities including libraries, leisure centres and well renowned community and neighbourhood hubs, in partnership with Warrington Borough Council we have led the way on the co-location of community facilities for the last 10 years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of one of LiveWire’s flagship Neighbourhood Hubs which encompasses an extensive leisure offer, including swimming pools, gym, sports hall, 3G pitches, meeting spaces and co-located health partners.
With accountability for customer service standards, cleanliness, building maintenance, staffing and ensuring adherence to all legislative and statutory requirements you need to be a confident person who leads and inspires by example.
We require an individual who possess a comprehensive understanding of the leisure, and wider wellbeing sectors and has demonstrable experience in managing successful teams and placing the customer experience at the heart of your approach.
