Job Title: HR Manager – People and Culture
Location: Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub
Hours: Fixed Term – 22 hours per week
Salary: £21,351.00 – £23,561.00
Contract Type: Fixed Term 6 months
LiveWire and Culture Warrington have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated HR Manager – People and Culture to join our management team.
This is a strategic role which involves working closely with the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors to drive the people strategy forward alongside the companies’ values and mission.
The position will manage the day to day operation of the People Solutions team to ensure the provision of effective and professional human resource (HR) services and advice. This includes the design, review and day-to-day implementation of relevant HR policies and strategic initiatives to ensure we recruit, retain and promote highly skilled and motivated people in every area of our work.
Key element of the role is to manage and develop the Company’s Human Resources, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning and Development as well as key strategic HR initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of UK employment law and will be able to confidently advise our management team and Board of Directors.
As the HR Manager – People and Culture, you will coordinate, administer and report to the Management Team and Board of Directors on the delivery of the Company’s People strategy, alongside HR issues and procedures in accordance with policies, procedures and government laws and regulations. Part of your job is to recommend and implement procedural/process changes and review the Company’s HR policies.
The successful candidate will possess a solutions focused, positive, and pragmatic approach that supports our people to deliver their best. You will already have experience and have played a leading role in helping organisations work through and implement transformational change and in considering how our people strategy can continually evolve, become more efficient and add value.
Applicants will need to have a CIPD qualification.
The successful candidate will have a significant track record of achievement and experience of working in a senior HR position for at least 3-5 years.
