Group General Manager – Leisure
Salary: £34,029 – £41,348 per annum
(Starting point on salary scale will be commensurate with experience and knowledge)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leisure manager to join LiveWire’s operational management team.
LiveWire is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Warrington that provide a wide range of services to help the physical and mental wellbeing of local people. With a portfolio of 15 facilities including libraries, leisure centres and well renowned community and neighbourhood hubs, in partnership with Warrington Borough Council we have led the way on the co-location of community facilities for the last 10 years.
Committed to growing the membership base through a series of membership sales and retention initiatives, the successful candidate must have strong leadership skills to give direction, constructively challenge and improve decision making.
As a confident leader, you will possess a comprehensive understanding of the leisure, and wider wellbeing sectors. You will have demonstrable experience in managing successful teams and placing the customer experience at the heart of your approach.
As an organisation we have high quality standards and you will be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency across three of our facilities, including the world-leading Dementia Friendly Great Sankey Neighbourhood Hub.
You will excel in effectively engaging with key partners, to develop and improve services, providing operational management to ensure the delivery of targets whilst also ensuring adherence to all legislative and statutory requirements.
