Job Title: Events and Programming Officer
Location: Warrington Pyramid and Parr Hall
Hours: Full Time 37 hours
Salary: £18,933.00 -£21,482.00
Culture Warrington is an organisation incorporating Pyramid & Parr Hall and Warrington Museum & Art Gallery. The venues play host to a variety of high profile events, conferences and concerts, from Jimmy Carr to The Stone Roses.
A highly organised and proficient Events and Programming Officer is required to support the Venue and Events Manager with the development of Culture Warrington’s artistic programme and to assist with management of Culture Warrington venues. This includes the booking of artists and event resources whilst ensuring all health and safety and licensing legislation is adhered to.
You will have a thorough understanding of the commercial theatre business, excellent knowledge of the industry and a good network of contacts.
You will also have the ability to manage events within our venues and at outdoor sites across the town
The role will include evening / weekend work as required to meet the needs of the venues.
