Job Title: Commercial Fitness Manager
Location: Multi-site role with Orford Jubilee Hub as main base
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £40,571.00 – £43,375.00
Contract Type: Permanent
If you’re passionate about fitness and wellbeing, you could take the lead on delivering LiveWire’s commercial and fitness programmes.
The Commercial Fitness Manager is responsible for maximizing the member experience specifically looking at our fitness programmes; sourcing and introduction of new commercial products/programmes designed to appeal to LiveWire members and prospective members.
Reporting to the Operations Director the post will work collaboratively with LiveWire’s General Group Managers to proactively devise and implement sales, fitness, retention, and other commercial initiatives to increase the Company’s revenue streams.
The Commercial Fitness Manager must ensure that LiveWire is the leading health and fitness provider in Warrington and as such will be expected to be well informed with regard to the latest developments in that specific field.
A key element for the success of this role will be a sound understanding of a commercial fitness sales process. This will include devising sales campaigns and ensuring best practice for membership sales, data-capture and lead generation processes, with the ability to bring team members along with the process.
