Job Title: Bar & Catering Manager
Location: Warrington Pyramid and Parr Hall
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £22,183.00 – £25,214.00
Culture Warrington is an organisation incorporating Pyramid & Parr Hall and Warrington Museum & Art Gallery. The venues play host to a variety of high profile events, conferences and concerts, from The Script to Jimmy Carr.
As Bar and Catering Manager at Culture Warrington, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the bar and catering function within the organisation, assisting in financial and staffing aspects whilst optimising profit through operational effectiveness and efficiency. In addition, responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with licensing and food safety regulations with our catering partners and suppliers.
You should have excellent communication and administration skills, be highly organised and respond well under pressure.
The role will include evening / weekend work as required to meet the needs of the venues and business.
