Hours:  25 hours per week

Salary:  £14,914.00 – £16,950.00

LiveWire is embarking on an exciting redevelopment of its Aquatic Programmes with an aim to grow the programme back to pre-pandemic levels and re-establish itself as the leading aquatic activity provider in Warrington. This brings with it exciting opportunities to become part of the LiveWire Aquatics Team including the new role of Aquatics Programme Development Officer who will support the Aquatics Manager to develop and grow aquatic activities at LiveWire.

This role will support the development and delivery of aquatic activity linked to the Learn to Swim Programme and it’s pathway from Pre-School through to participation as an adult. Responsibilities will include supporting with the roll out of the re-development of the Learn to Swim Programme, planning and delivery of holiday swim programmes and supporting the Aquatics Manager to develop and deliver key aquatic initiatives which meet the needs of the local communities across Warrington. They will also be responsible for supporting with the development of training opportunities for the Aquatics workforce.

Successful candidates will have good programme development skills, be highly organised and be able to work well as part of a team, whilst supporting the development of LiveWire’s Aquatics offer across all LiveWire sites.

Although a Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification isn’t required for this role, LiveWire would be happy to discuss the option of a successful candidate delivering swim teaching hours on the Learn to Swim Programme in addition to the Aquatics Programme Development Officer role.
