Do I need to be a member to attend a class?

No you can choose to book and pay as you go either in person or over the phone, or alternatively create an online account to be able to book a session and pay.

What classes do you do and are they all included?

Will run over 350 exercise and wellness classes per week including Les Mills and Hyrox classes, details can be found here.

Which classes are suitable for beginners?

There are various low impact and introductory sessions within our timetables and we also offer Virtual Classes which are a great introduction to group exercise as there are fewer people, and you can practice techniques and moves without the pressure of an instructor or others watching. We also run Good Boost sessions which are perfect for beginners or those with health conditions – more details can be found here.

Do you do HYROX?

Yes, we offer HYROX licensed classes at Great Sankey and Orford Jubilee Hubs and have a dedicated HYROX training space included on our memberships in the FITBOX facility at Orford Jubilee. For more information, see here.

What is a virtual class?

We offer Les Mills virtual classes at a number of our sites which offer a great introduction to group exercise using high quality pre-recorded classes presented by Les Mills presenters. These are listed alongside our live class options here.

How do I book/cancel a class?

The best way to book or cancel a class is to either use our Livewire App, or to use the booking option.

What happens if I miss a class?

If you fail to register your attendance for a class without cancelling you will be charged the PAYG price for the class in line with our T&Cs.
